Our stay at the Capri by Fraser, Bukit Bintang was wonderful! We were delighted from the first moment we walked up to the front desk and were warmly greeted by front desk staff! The property itself was perfectly located. Bukit Bintang is at the heart of the best shopping and restaurants in KL, and close to the major tourist attractions. Our room was spacious, well equipped, and included a kitchenette. The beds were very comfortable! But what continued to impress us was the fact all the staff - most especially the front desk and concierge staff - continually went above and beyond to make certain were had all that we needed and were comfortable in their hotel. They truly were service and guest oriented for which we were grateful! Management clearly hires employees that understand how to deliver a quality guest experience!

There are several large malls (TRX, Pavilion, Time square) and restaurants in walking distance. * They upgraded us to executive suite for free. * The room was spacious, had a tall ceiling, and was bright, and clean. The beds are very comfortable. The shower was great (no bathtub).

We were delighted when the receptionist graciously upgraded us from a Studio Executive King to a Studio Premier on the top floor. The breathtaking views from the room truly elevated our experience. We also made full use of the hotel’s fantastic facilities, including the well-equipped gym, fun-filled games room, refreshing swimming pool, and the modern, efficient digital parking space. Additionally, the hotel’s prime location, just a 10-minute walk to the vibrant Bukit Bintang area, added incredible convenience to our trip.

Walking distance of one of the biggest mall. They have a gaming room attached to where the laundry is, with arcade style gaming machine and a small room with PS5s. The roof top pool was amazing! I'd go down to the corner street shops which opens up early to have some breakfast!
